Forms and analytics
The Free Digital Presence Review and contact forms send submitted information to FormSubmit so LocalSpring can receive and respond to requests. FormSubmit may process the submission through its spam-protection CAPTCHA.
Analytics, advertising pixels, and behavior-tracking services are not enabled in this version.
Information the forms are designed to collect
LocalSpring collects only the information needed to understand and respond to a request.
- Name and email address
- Business name and location
- A public website or Google Business Profile URL
- Optional context provided in the message
How information will be used
Submitted information will be used to respond to the request, understand the relevant business context, and communicate about the requested LocalSpring service. It will not be sent to analytics as event properties.
Service providers and retention
FormSubmit is used for form delivery and retains submissions for 30 days according to its documentation. Email notifications are delivered through Porkbun forwarding to LocalSpring's current receiving inbox. Form fields are not sent to analytics.
